IT TAKES COURAGE
One thing is certain: it takes courage from individuals, teams, and organizations to change. The individual must have the courage to stand up for what is important to them; teams must provide the safety and trust a person needs to put themselves out there, and; organizations need to create equal opportunities by examining difficult topics such as ‘influence and effects of power and privilege’.
TWO PROGRAMS,
ALWAYS TAILOR-MADE

JustB offers two programs, which can be implemented separately but work best when they are combined. Both are always tailor-made for your organization. Because we’re almost always dealing with complex, interconnected ecosystems, the setup is flexible and we take it step by step. A program is made up of a blend of dialogue, strategy development, (team) coaching, systemic constellations, workshops and knowledge sessions.
During the process, we always link theory directly to practice. We never close without determining a concrete action. Those actions can be big and small; every little step counts towards creating immediate impact as well as the entire culture change process, which of course takes more time.
Each program is designed to engage and empower employees and to allow business results to excel.

TWO PROGRAMS, ONE GOAL
With Beyond the Labels we focus on “being and being together” of the individual and collective. We will work on identity, unconscious bias, individual strengths, self-efficacy, power and connection. With Beyond the Labels, we surface differences between people while at the same time making sure we do not reduce people to these labels.
Multiply the Pie drives the “pursuit of excellence” of the individual and collective. We will cover topics like: inclusive leadership, accountability, bringing together skills and experiences, cultural differences, inclusive communication, and dealing with friction. With Multiply the Pie, our aim is to achieve the best possible results by making optimal use of our differences.
