In the Multiply the Pie program, we drive the “pursuit of excellence” of the individual and collective (this can be a team or an entire organization). Among other things, we will work on:
● inclusive leadership
● creating equity
● accountability
● optimally combining everyone's skills and experiences
● cultural intelligence
● inclusive communication
● allyship
● constructively handling friction when dealing with differences
With Multiply the Pie the aim is to make room for differences between people by becoming aware of how, why and when our own frame of reference, our own identity and our choices influence the prejudices, assumptions and blind spots in our everyday lives.
CREATIVITY
AND INNOVATION
When we invest in inclusion, diversity leads to creativity instead of conflict, to innovation instead of “business as usual.” Then, collaboration is based on mutual respect, on sharing benefits as well as burdens, on transparency and open communication. Multiply the Pie teaches teams how to create shared accountability, communicate better, build a culture based on psychological safety and equity for all individuals.

RESULTS
We will work with the whole team and design in-company training sessions and workshops. We will examine to which extent it is possible for individuals within the collective to use their own unique strengths, talents and knowledge in their work and thus be able to provide added value. And whether they are given the opportunity to be their authentic selves. During these sessions we bring all ingredients together. Creating an abundance of possibilities and creativity, leading to better results and more innovative opportunities in line with organizational objectives.
